OK, this my first ever "My Storey", and I have no idea where to begin.
I first "thought" I was bi when I started high school and I had a huge crush on my best friend, and to this day I regret not making a point of it. I moved on to my next problem: Gende identity. So I'm stuck with "Who am I? Who do I like?" and most importantly, "Is it right to be like this?"
So as I hit 17, I met a guy called Craig, he was bisexual. He eventaully found out all of my secrets (I'm either bad at keeping them or I wanted him to find out). He seemed to pass it off as "normal", I was shocked! No ridicule? No nothing?
Craig and I started talking (that kind of "I cannot believe I'm talking to another person openly about this"). Then we had a fling for a bit which lasted untill he moved away to live with his family 50 miles away. He gave me his phone number, but I never called him (Why?) I've since lost his number and wonder if I'll ever see him again.
I've tried Facebook, My Space, Bebo. Everything, right down to the Electoral Register! Still, nothing.
It's all so confusing, well I think it is.

So, Stacey, out of curiosity, are you MTF or FTM? You don't have to answer if you don't feel comfortable...again, I'm just curious.

Did he happen to say where he was moving to, exactly?

@ Andrew, MTF or FTM? Does it mean Fe/Male? An accurate answer would probably be, I honestly have no idea.
@ Gamoc, I know what city he lives in (Liverpool UK) the problem is, it's a big place and far.

MTF = male to female transition, FTM = female to male transition

One for the Dictionary... It depends on the day really (sounds weird, I know), some days I'm fine, but others, I'm torn between the life I have (which is fine) and the life I want. I can't just change my gender, no can I be public, as I'm sort of in the focus of the media at the minute with all the charity events I attend. I dread to think of the headlines: "Charity guy is charity gal". Or something to that degree.
I think my only option at the minute is to just try to be who I am (I should follow my advice sometime). - It's a shame ProBoards don't have a "Pangender" option, but to be honest I think my current is applicable to me for now.

It depends really, mostly Childrens' charities, advocacies etc. Went to London, England last month for an event marking the artistic qualities of care-leavers. Loads of celebs. Jessica Hynes to name one, she's doing Broadway this year so if anyone's in NY, I'd recommend seeing her!

If you want to, that is. You can always look up his phone number online or something.

OK, I have done my best to avoid the issue, but since I was sort of pursuaded to post a pic, I thought I'd mumble here for a bit first.
There'll be a lot of PhotoShopping involved, and I'll have to wait 'till my new outfit arrives, then I suppose I will have no excuse to fire up the studio lights and take a snap. But I am worried about the risk involved, in that nobody knows - about anything.
You guys are going to encourage me, aren't you..?

Yup! In fact, I've just sent an Encourage Fairy to your house to bother you every waking and sometimes sleeping moment. It should arrive soon.

It came ages ago. To be honest, I'm past the point where I care about "who knows". A lot of people think that I have sercrets, others know. I'm probably going to regret it, but I can't have a signature like mine and go hide somewhere.
I mean, I don't want everyone to know, I just can't afford to be 'public' - nor would I want it.
I need to find a nice spot out in the country somewhere, probably with a friend. A nice chalet perhaps or English Cottage and be myself for a change, instead of pouring myself into a 'mould' that is forced by society.
