Aaron ran back down to the lawns, taking a shortcut and getting down to the lawn quickly. He looked over at the girl and hid in the bushes. The girl just ruined his life, and he was about to ruin hers. That's what she deserved. The anger that flowed through his veins practically made him implode.
It wasn't until he saw Harlin come outside that his anger turned into extreme grief and sadness. Aaron watched in his tears as Harlin spoke to the girl as the girl justified Aaron's excuse for having kissed her. Aaron smiled, but only very slightly. Even though Harlin knew that Aaron was telling the truth, the sadness still flowed through him greatly.
Slowly, Aaron crawled from the bushes and behind Harlin as quietly as he could. He took his hand and began lightly rubbing Harlin's left sleeve to his white hoodie.
"Hey." Aaron said quietly. Aaron was chilled by the moment. Such an odd moment. "Now you see...I...why would you think I would lie to you?"

For years, the wizarding world lived in a time of peace and tranquility. One would have thought that the peace was one of eternal harmony. Amity within the wizarding community existed throughout the entire world. Not a single nation fought over power and not a single Dark Wizard successfully emerged in the twenty-three years that this peace lasted. All was perfect.
On the twenty-third anniversary of the death of Harry Potter, however, the muggles revealed their knowledge of the wizards existence, and that they had found a way to defeat them using science. A kind of clothing that would resist magic, and that would rebound the magic back towards the wizards and witches who cast the magic at them.
Using this clothing, they have been able to confiscate many wands and imprison many wizards and witches. However, this is nothing to the cost of the muggles. Even with the clothing, the wizards and witches are prevailing, but at the price of a semi-large amount of wizards and witches being held hostage, imprisoned, and killed.
The rise of another Dark Wizard, more powerful than before, has made things even worse. This Dark Wizard, Aldric Sandrock, is the reason as to why the muggles know of the magical existence. If he hadn't warned them, helped them, then this end of amity would not have happened. Through telling the muggles, he has turned the entire world against the Magical United Kingdoms. Three wars have been declared against the United Kingdoms by Russia, Germany, and Iceland. The United Kingdoms only friend...Greece, which has shown a drop in success in the Magical World.
Aldric Sandrock does more than just rouse up the muggles and the rest of the world against the United Kingdom. Like many Dark Wizards before him, he has raised his own army to help fight off the rest of the United Kingdoms until all of them have fallen to his lead and only the purest of blood are left. After he has gotten rid of the mudbloods and half-bloods, the muggles who he worked so hard to help will be gone.
In these times of darkness, when a man has killed half of the Aurors...a small shine of hope still exists. A light that hasn't quite burned out, yet. Afia Saayman, the new Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry reopens Merlin's Army to fight this new menace. To aid in the war against Russia, Germany, and Iceland. It's a futile effort that they are determined to win.
Which will you join? Will you help turn the world over to darkness, and join in with Aldric? Or will you aid in making that small shine of hope brighten into a star or eternal peace once more and join Afia?
