Actually, no. He is currently 28 years old. JTT (Jonathan Taylor Thomas) played Randy on Home Improvement and was the voice of young Simba in the Lion King. He also played Tom Sawyer in Tom and Huck.
There are rumors that he is gay, too.

I recognize him, now. Because of Home Improvement. He was probably the cutest of the three boys, for sure. The oldest and youngest weren't cute at all. |
